Website Redesign for Non-Profit Organization
EFT Tampa Bay is a nonprofit organization made up of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) clinicians throughout the Tampa Bay area. Their mission is to foster an inclusive professional community where therapists can continue their education, connect with peers, and enhance their clinical practice through EFT.
Problem
The organization's previous website was built in WordPress and had become difficult for board members to manage. Because the team had limited technical experience, updating content, managing events, and maintaining the therapist directory often required navigating complex workflows and multiple systems.As a result, routine administrative tasks became time-consuming and created unnecessary friction for the organization. The board wanted a website that would be easier to manage internally while still supporting the growing needs of their membership community.

Build a site the board could truly own. One that made event management effortless (posting events, selling tickets) and handled a custom membership system, from application through approval to paid subscription. All of it needed to stay simple to edit, with no technical background required.
